Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Elorstar Trip, we strive to provide the best travel experience while maintaining transparency and fairness in our booking and cancellation processes. Please read the following policy carefully before confirming your booking.

1. Non-Refundable Deposit

• A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
• Once the booking is confirmed, cancellations will incur a minimum charge of 30% of the total billing amount, regardless of the cancellation date.

2. Cancellation Charges

• 30 to 15 days before check-in: 50% of total estimated bill.
• 15 to 7 days before check-in: 75% of total estimated bill.
• 7 days or less before check-in: 100% of total estimated bill.

3. No Cancellation Charges (45 Days Prior)

• Cancellations made 45 days or more before the travel date: No cancellation charge.
• A 15% processing fee will be applicable on the total booking amount.

4. Rescheduling Policy

• Requests to prepone or postpone must be made at least 10 days in advance via email.
• No rescheduling charges from our side; however, vendor charges may apply based on availability & season.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability of services.

5. Last-Minute Plan Changes

• No changes allowed within 10 days of travel.
• In exceptional cases (natural calamities, strikes, govt. restrictions), we will inform you of rescheduling options.

6.Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Our refund policy strictly follows the airline’s terms and conditions. Any refund, if applicable, will be processed as per the airline’s policy and timeline. The refund amount will be credited to your account within 3-4 working days (if applicable).Please note, our service fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

7. General Conditions

• All services and rates are subject to availability and seasonal fluctuations.
• Kindly inform any changes at least 10 days prior to travel for smooth coordination.
