Himalayan Escapade – Shimla, Dharamshala & Dalhousie Delight

Day 1: Chandigarh to Shimla (Approx. 115 km / 3.5 hrs)
Pickup from Chandigarh (Airport/Railway Station). Scenic drive through the Shivalik ranges to Shimla.
En route stop at Pinjore Gardens or Timber Trail (optional). Check-in at the hotel. Evening free to stroll on Mall Road, The Ridge, and Lakkar Bazaar.
Overnight stay in Shimla.

Day 2: Shimla – Kufri Excursion
After breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to Kufri: Himalayan Nature Park .Kufri Adventure Park (optional horse riding/yak riding)
Visit Jakhoo Temple, Christ Church, and Scandal Point in Shimla on return. Optional: Toy Train ride experience (advance booking needed).
Overnight stay in Shimla.

Day 3: Shimla to Dharamshala (Approx. 240 km / 7-8 hrs)
Post breakfast, check-out and drive to Dharamshala. En- route enjoy views of lush valleys and river crossings.
Arrive by evening and check into the hotel. Leisure time to explore the calm ambiance of the hill town.
Overnight stay in Dharamshala.

Day 4: Dharamshala – Local Sightseeing
After breakfast, explore: McLeod Ganj, Dalai Lama Temple Complex Bhagsu Nag Temple & Waterfall .St. John in the Wilderness Church ,Naddi View Point & Dal Lake .
Explore local Tibetan markets in the evening.
Overnight stay in Dharamshala.

Day 5: Dharamshala to Dalhousie (Approx. 120 km / 4 hrs)
Morning drive to Dalhousie, known for its old-world charm and pine-clad valleys. Check into your hotel upon arrival.
Visit St. Francis Church, Subhash Chowk, and Gandhi Chowk. Relax and enjoy the misty air of this colonial town.
Overnight stay in Dalhousie.

Day 6: Dalhousie – Khajjiar Excursion
Full-day excursion to Khajjiar – famously known as "Mini Switzerland of India": Enjoy lush meadows, the floating island lake, and horse riding.
Visit Kalatop Wildlife Sanctuary (optional). Return to Dalhousie in the evening.
Overnight stay in Dalhousie.

Day 7: Dalhousie to Chandigarh Departure (Approx. 320 km / 7-8 hrs)
Check-out after breakfast and drive back to Chandigarh. Drop-off at Chandigarh Airport/Railway Station for onward journey.
Tour Ends with Beautiful Memories.

Terms & Conditions

1 .Meals Timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any un-availed meals we shall not be responsible.

2 .The above package can be customized as per the customer’s Requirement and budget.
In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.

3 .Check In & Check Out Time as per Hotel Policies. The hotel and services as mentioned in the itinerary are subject to confirmation

4 .We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of flight, cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.

5 .In Uttaranchal and Kashmir, and any hill station The facilities of Hotel, Services, and Aids etc cannot be matched to developed destinations.
Hotels in Himachal are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.;1*, 2*, 3*,4*,5* and so on.

6 .Changes is not possible at last moment or at the time of check in its depend on availability with additional charges.

7 .If any amount committed on arrival, menace all the payment you have to pay at the time of pick up if not paid then service will stop.

8 .There could be Change in the Time In case of Delay or cancellation of Train

9 .These rates are not Applicable From 25th December to 1st January ,or Any Long weekend.

10. If any changes in Weather Condition or Any other Circumstances your stay or Sightseen depends on according to that.

Refund Policy

1 .Non-Refundable Deposit:
A 30% non-refundable amount is applicable at the time of booking.
Once the booking is made, cancellations will incur a 30% charge of the total billing amount.

2 .Cancellation Charges:
30-15 days before check-in: 50% of the total estimated bill.
15-7 days before check-in: 75% of the total estimated bill.
7 days or less before check-in: 100% of the total estimated bill.

3 .Rescheduling Policy:
To prepone or postpone your travel dates, please inform us at least 10 days in advance via email.
No additional charges are applied by us for rescheduling; however, hotel-specific charges may apply.
Rescheduling is subject to hotel/transport availability and may incur additional costs based on seasonal rates.

4 .If in case Plan Changes:
Changes in travel plans within 10 days of the travel date are not accepted.
In exceptional situations, such as adverse weather conditions or strikes, we will inform you about any rescheduling options. you wish to prepone /postpone your travel dates, we request you to inform us 10 days in advance via mail .

5 .Advance Payment Utilization:
Advance payments can be utilized within 1 year from the date of payment.

6 .No Cancellation Charges (45 Days Prior):
Cancellations made 45 days or more prior to arrival will not incur cancellation charges, except for a 15% processing fee.
Cancellations received 25 days prior to arrival date - 10% of the total package amount .
Cancellations received less than 20 days from arrival date - 25%of the total package amount .
Cancellations received less than 20 days from arrival date - 25%of the total package amount .
Cancellations received less than 12 days from arrival date - 100% of the total package amount.

7 .Any booking done for peak period / long weekend, shall attract 100% cancellation amount.
