5N/6D Kashmir Delight (Ex-Jammu) Srinagar (2N) + Pahalgam (2N) + Houseboat (1N)

Day 1: Jammu – Srinagar (Approx. 8-9 Hrs Drive)
Arrival at Jammu Railway Station / Airport.
Meet & Greet, then proceed to Srinagar by road.
En route enjoy scenic views of the mountains and valleys.
Arrival in Srinagar and check-in at the hotel.
Evening at leisure – explore local markets or relax at Dal Lake.
Overnight stay in Srinagar.
Day 2: Srinagar – Gulmarg Excursion (Day Trip)
After breakfast, proceed for a day excursion to Gulmarg (approx. 1.5-2 hrs).
Enjoy a ride on the famous Gondola Cable Car (at own cost) up to Khilanmarg or Apharwat Peak.
Explore meadows, indulge in snow activities (seasonal).
Return to Srinagar in the evening.
Overnight stay in Srinagar.
Day 3: Srinagar – Pahalgam (Approx. 2-3 Hrs Drive)
Post breakfast, check out and drive to Pahalgam (Valley of Shepherds).
En route, visit Avantipur Ruins and Apple orchards.
Arrival and check-in at the hotel in Pahalgam.
Evening free to stroll by the Lidder River or visit local market.
Overnight stay in Pahalgam.
Day 4: Pahalgam Local Sightseeing
After breakfast, explore Pahalgam’s beautiful surroundings.
Optional visits (on direct payment basis):
Aru Valley – known for its scenic meadows.
Betaab Valley – famous for Bollywood shoots.
Chandanwari – starting point of Amarnath Yatra.
Return to the hotel and relax.
Overnight stay in Pahalgam.
Day 5: Pahalgam – Srinagar (Houseboat Stay)
After breakfast, check out and drive back to Srinagar.
Arrival and check-in to a deluxe houseboat on Dal Lake.
Enjoy a relaxing Shikara Ride on the lake.
Dinner with traditional Kashmiri hospitality.
Overnight stay on the Houseboat.
Day 6: Srinagar – Jammu Departure
Early morning check out after breakfast.
Drive back to Jammu for departure with beautiful memories of Kashmir.

3. Pahalgam Excursions (on a direct payment basis):
4. Betaab Valley, Aru Valley, Chandanwari Valley: Only accessible via Union Taxi at Pahalgam (Approx. 2,800 per cab).
5. Baisaran: Reachable only via pony ride (Approx. 2,500 per pony per person).
Gulmarg:
6. Snow Jeep at Tangmarg (if the road is blocked due to heavy snowfall).
7. Gondola Tickets (Approx.2,000 per person for both phases).
8. Guide charges (Approx.900 at Gulmarg).
9. Sonmarg Excursions (on a direct payment basis):
10.Zero Point: Only accessible via Union Cab (Approx. 6,000 per cab).
11.Thajiwas Glacier: Reachable via pony ride (Approx. 2,000 per pony).
12. Personal expenses, including but not limited to:
13. Laundry, telephone calls, tips, and gratuities.
14. Mineral water, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages.
15. Activities such as rafting, rock climbing, paragliding, and porter services.
16. Additional sightseeing or extra vehicle usage beyond what is mentioned in the itinerary.
17 .Entrance fees for monuments, parks, or attractions.
18. Any additional costs incurred due to natural calamities such as landslides, road blockages, or political disturbances (e.g., strikes), which must be borne by the client and paid directly on the spot.
19. Any other expenses not specifically mentioned under Inclusions.

Terms & Conditions

1 .Meals Timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any un-availed meals we shall not be responsible.

2 .The above package can be customized as per the customer’s Requirement and budget.
In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.

3 .Check In & Check Out Time as per Hotel Policies. The hotel and services as mentioned in the itinerary are subject to confirmation

4 .We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of flight, cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.

5 .In Uttaranchal and Kashmir, and any hill station The facilities of Hotel, Services, and Aids etc cannot be matched to developed destinations.
Hotels in Himachal are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.;1*, 2*, 3*,4*,5* and so on.

6 .Changes is not possible at last moment or at the time of check in its depend on availability with additional charges.

7 .If any amount committed on arrival, menace all the payment you have to pay at the time of pick up if not paid then service will stop.

8 .There could be Change in the Time In case of Delay or cancellation of Train

9 .These rates are not Applicable From 25th December to 1st January ,or Any Long weekend.

10. If any changes in Weather Condition or Any other Circumstances your stay or Sightseen depends on according to that.

Refund Policy

1 .Non-Refundable Deposit:
A 30% non-refundable amount is applicable at the time of booking.
Once the booking is made, cancellations will incur a 30% charge of the total billing amount.

2 .Cancellation Charges:
30-15 days before check-in: 50% of the total estimated bill.
15-7 days before check-in: 75% of the total estimated bill.
7 days or less before check-in: 100% of the total estimated bill.

3 .Rescheduling Policy:
To prepone or postpone your travel dates, please inform us at least 10 days in advance via email.
No additional charges are applied by us for rescheduling; however, hotel-specific charges may apply.
Rescheduling is subject to hotel/transport availability and may incur additional costs based on seasonal rates.

4 .If in case Plan Changes:
Changes in travel plans within 10 days of the travel date are not accepted.
In exceptional situations, such as adverse weather conditions or strikes, we will inform you about any rescheduling options. you wish to prepone /postpone your travel dates, we request you to inform us 10 days in advance via mail .

5 .Advance Payment Utilization:
Advance payments can be utilized within 1 year from the date of payment.

6 .No Cancellation Charges (45 Days Prior):
Cancellations made 45 days or more prior to arrival will not incur cancellation charges, except for a 15% processing fee.
Cancellations received 25 days prior to arrival date - 10% of the total package amount .
Cancellations received less than 20 days from arrival date - 25%of the total package amount .
Cancellations received less than 20 days from arrival date - 25%of the total package amount .
Cancellations received less than 12 days from arrival date - 100% of the total package amount.

7 .Any booking done for peak period / long weekend, shall attract 100% cancellation amount.
