Kashmir Delight – 6N/7D - Ex. Jammu | 2N Srinagar + 1N Pahalgam + 2N Gulmarg + 1N Houseboat

Day 1: Jammu – Srinagar (Approx. 8-9 hours)
Pick up from Jammu Railway Station / Airport.
Transfer to Srinagar by road, enjoying the scenic journey through the mountains.
Check-in to the hotel in Srinagar.
Evening at leisure – explore local markets or relax at the hotel.
Overnight stay in Srinagar.
Day 2: Srinagar Local Sightseeing
After breakfast, enjoy full-day sightseeing of Srinagar:
Visit Mughal Gardens: Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh, and Chashme Shahi.
Visit the Shankaracharya Temple for a panoramic view of the city.
Explore the local handicraft shops and Kashmiri dry fruit markets.
Optional: Evening Shikara Ride on Dal Lake (own cost or included if specified).
Overnight stay in Srinagar.
Day 3: Srinagar – Pahalgam (Approx. 2-3 hours)
After breakfast, proceed to Pahalgam, known as the 'Valley of Shepherds.'
En route, visit Avantipur Ruins and Saffron Fields (seasonal).
On arrival, check-in to the hotel and relax.
Enjoy nature walks or explore local spots like Aru Valley, Betaab Valley, or Chandanwari (optional pony rides/vehicle hire at your own cost).
Overnight stay in Pahalgam.
Day 4: Pahalgam – Gulmarg (Approx. 4-5 hours)
After breakfast, drive to Gulmarg, the ‘Meadow of Flowers.’
On arrival, check-in to the hotel.
Enjoy leisure time or explore nearby attractions.
Optional: Try your hand at golf at one of the highest golf courses in the world or take a stroll amidst the alpine scenery.
Overnight stay in Gulmarg.
Day 5: Gulmarg Sightseeing
After breakfast, head for a day of adventure and scenic beauty:
Take the famous Gondola Ride (Phase I & II – ticket cost extra).
Enjoy views of Apharwat Peak, and depending on season, indulge in skiing/snow activities.
Evening free for leisure and photography.
Overnight stay in Gulmarg.
Day 6: Gulmarg – Srinagar (Houseboat Stay)
After breakfast, transfer back to Srinagar.
Check-in to the traditional Houseboat on Dal Lake.
Enjoy a peaceful Shikara Ride in the evening through the serene waters of Dal Lake.
Overnight stay in Houseboat.
Day 7: Srinagar – Jammu Departure
After breakfast, check out from the houseboat.
Transfer back to Jammu for onward journey.
Tour Ends with Beautiful Memories.

3. Pahalgam Excursions (on a direct payment basis):
4. Betaab Valley, Aru Valley, Chandanwari Valley: Only accessible via Union Taxi at Pahalgam (Approx. 2,800 per cab).
5. Baisaran: Reachable only via pony ride (Approx. 2,500 per pony per person).
Gulmarg:
6. Snow Jeep at Tangmarg (if the road is blocked due to heavy snowfall).
7. Gondola Tickets (Approx.2,000 per person for both phases).
8. Guide charges (Approx.900 at Gulmarg).
9. Sonmarg Excursions (on a direct payment basis):
10.Zero Point: Only accessible via Union Cab (Approx. 6,000 per cab).
11.Thajiwas Glacier: Reachable via pony ride (Approx. 2,000 per pony).
12. Personal expenses, including but not limited to:
13. Laundry, telephone calls, tips, and gratuities.
14. Mineral water, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages.
15. Activities such as rafting, rock climbing, paragliding, and porter services.
16. Additional sightseeing or extra vehicle usage beyond what is mentioned in the itinerary.
17 .Entrance fees for monuments, parks, or attractions.
18. Any additional costs incurred due to natural calamities such as landslides, road blockages, or political disturbances (e.g., strikes), which must be borne by the client and paid directly on the spot.
19. Any other expenses not specifically mentioned under Inclusions.

Terms & Conditions

1 .Meals Timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any un-availed meals we shall not be responsible.

2 .The above package can be customized as per the customer’s Requirement and budget.
In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.

3 .Check In & Check Out Time as per Hotel Policies. The hotel and services as mentioned in the itinerary are subject to confirmation

4 .We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of flight, cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.

5 .In Uttaranchal and Kashmir, and any hill station The facilities of Hotel, Services, and Aids etc cannot be matched to developed destinations.
Hotels in Himachal are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.;1*, 2*, 3*,4*,5* and so on.

6 .Changes is not possible at last moment or at the time of check in its depend on availability with additional charges.

7 .If any amount committed on arrival, menace all the payment you have to pay at the time of pick up if not paid then service will stop.

8 .There could be Change in the Time In case of Delay or cancellation of Train

9 .These rates are not Applicable From 25th December to 1st January ,or Any Long weekend.

10. If any changes in Weather Condition or Any other Circumstances your stay or Sightseen depends on according to that.

Refund Policy

1 .Non-Refundable Deposit:
A 30% non-refundable amount is applicable at the time of booking.
Once the booking is made, cancellations will incur a 30% charge of the total billing amount.

2 .Cancellation Charges:
30-15 days before check-in: 50% of the total estimated bill.
15-7 days before check-in: 75% of the total estimated bill.
7 days or less before check-in: 100% of the total estimated bill.

3 .Rescheduling Policy:
To prepone or postpone your travel dates, please inform us at least 10 days in advance via email.
No additional charges are applied by us for rescheduling; however, hotel-specific charges may apply.
Rescheduling is subject to hotel/transport availability and may incur additional costs based on seasonal rates.

4 .If in case Plan Changes:
Changes in travel plans within 10 days of the travel date are not accepted.
In exceptional situations, such as adverse weather conditions or strikes, we will inform you about any rescheduling options. you wish to prepone /postpone your travel dates, we request you to inform us 10 days in advance via mail .

5 .Advance Payment Utilization:
Advance payments can be utilized within 1 year from the date of payment.

6 .No Cancellation Charges (45 Days Prior):
Cancellations made 45 days or more prior to arrival will not incur cancellation charges, except for a 15% processing fee.
Cancellations received 25 days prior to arrival date - 10% of the total package amount .
Cancellations received less than 20 days from arrival date - 25%of the total package amount .
Cancellations received less than 20 days from arrival date - 25%of the total package amount .
Cancellations received less than 12 days from arrival date - 100% of the total package amount.

7 .Any booking done for peak period / long weekend, shall attract 100% cancellation amount.
